Start here

Three ways in, depending on how much you've got today.

There's no correct order and no wrong entry point. Pick whichever one you can actually manage right now - the rest will still be here later.

01

Five minutes, low energy

Take the free audit. It asks about lighting, sound, clutter and comfort, then tells you which part of your home to look at first. No sign-up, no sales pitch afterwards.

02

You want to understand it first

Read a couple of the essays. They explain what environmental psychology actually says about the rooms we live in - without the jargon, and without telling you to buy anything.

You'd rather just talk

Book a free 20-minute call. No preparation needed. You don't have to have worked out what's wrong - that's the part I can help with.

What this is, and what it isn't.

What it is

  • Environmental psychology, applied to your actual home
  • Specific changes, mostly cheap or free
  • Work that assumes your brain is fine as it is
  • Sessions over video call, wherever you live

What it isn't

  • Interior decorating, or a mood board
  • Therapy, or a substitute for it
  • A renovation you have to save up for
  • Anyone telling you to tidy up and try harder

Who this tends to be for

People who suspect the problem isn't them.

Most people who get in touch have ADHD, are autistic, are highly sensitive, or are somewhere in the long process of working out whether any of those apply. Plenty have no diagnosis and no intention of getting one - that's completely fine, and nothing here requires you to have a label.

The common thread is a home that takes more than it gives back, and a suspicion that this isn't a personal failing.

Still not sure?

Start with the audit. It's five minutes, it's free, and it'll tell you more about your home than another evening of rearranging furniture will.
